I will be beginning my 5th year here at Unity Christian School and I am proud to say our Athletic Program plays a very important and exciting part of the educational process here at Unity Christian School.  We offer seventeen different sports at the Middle School and High School levels and we encourage all of our athletes to be involved with as many sports as they want to compete in.  I am not sure I can think of a more appropriate setting for our young men and women to learn the value of hard work, cooperation, communication, discipline, responsibility and sportsmanship than on the court and fields while practicing and competing.

Our Mission here at UCS is to partner with Christian parents in the process of preparing their children to impact the world for Jesus Christ by pursuing their God given potential in academics, leadership and service.  The Athletic Program is not only a part of this mission but we are completely interwoven in it.  Our staff of Christian coaches understand their multifaceted job of being a role model, an instructor and a disciple maker for the kingdom.  Our goal is to encourage our student athletes to both become better athletes and more importantly impact their world for Jesus Christ.  UCS is committed to developing student athletes who not only experience success on the athletic fields but also progress and grow in their spiritual walk through the power of Jesus Christ.

The Georgia Independent Christian Athletic Association is our governing body, and we have been a member for the last four years.  This is a very competitive league matching us with other Christian and Independent schools our size.  This past year we were able to move our programs forward by winning three different State Championships at the varsity level!  We are very proud of our Girls X-Country, Tennis and Soccer teams for being the first ever State Champions in School History.

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not men.
